i stayed up late at Jake Middlebrooks’ SMOKESCREEN PRINTING on January 20th printing the first batch of fly-ass LOBOTOMIX t-shirts.  i missed getting to go to Friday On My Mind again to work on LOBOTOMIX stuff, but i’m super stoked about the way everything turned out. the “LOBOTOMIX speed stack” t-shirt was born in three color schemes – black on white, white on black, and our signature color scheme –  black on yellow.  like the hip hop we love, these t’s were  handmade, and we stayed up late to get them done. by 3am, we had drunk a lot of beer, smoked a lot of  cigarettes and breathed in a lot of fumes. a bunch of ink was used up, and we ended up with a whole pile of fresh, fresh cotton. i hope to see you wearing one of these soon – it’ll look good on you, plus 100% of the profits go towards making hip hop happen, and what could be better than that?
