ULTRA BEAST Ultra Beast is the combined force of Señor Kaos and 4-IZE – two superiorly talented emcees that have not only mastered but reinvented their craft. Señor Kaos has been a mainstay emcee in the Atlanta indie Hip Hop scene and his energetic live show has lead him to perform with some of Hip Hop’s best talents such as: Ice Cube, MF DOOM, Rakim, Camp Lo, Talib Kweli, Sean Price, Redman & Method Man, Raekwon, and Ghostface Killah. 4-IZE, an emcee, director, producer, promoter, and radio personality, embodies all that is needed to restore the balance in Hip Hop. With most of his notoriety coming from being featured on two 3x platinum LUDACRIS albums, 4-IZE bridges the gap between the mainstream & the underground artists everywhere and is well recognized for his animated character, incredible stage presence & mechanical rhyme flow. THE BODEGA BROVAS Like the neighborhood mom and pop stores that they’re named after, The Bodega Brovas give you everything you need. Travii the 7th, who hails from Chicago, is the serious anti establishment MC in the crew. His unique delivery and worldview keeps “The Brovas” grounded. Keynote hails out of Dallas and is currently a host on the #1 night show in Dallas on 97.9 The Beat. Key’s rhymes are just as bizarre as his on-air persona. Last but not least there’s Headkrack, who hails from the Bronx, NY. Headkrack is the 2010 1st place winner of the Redbull Emsee Battle in Atlanta, and is currently a co-host on the nationally syndicated Rickey Smiley Morning Show. Collectively these three manage to cover the full spectrum of what’s missing in Hip Hop. Most importantly, FUN! The Bodega Brovas have spent the better parts of the last 3 years touring the US and abroad and their debut album “We Got It’ features production from a virtual who’s who in the world of Hip Hop. Check out the video.
SHAHEED & DJ SUPREME Shaheed – The Scholar Warrior MC drops thought-provoking rhymes over Supreme’s flawless, soulful production. Shaheed & Supreme, having collaborated for years, teamed up and released the underground Hip Hop album “Health Wealth and Knowledge of Self” in 2007. Two years later, the pair became original members of the LOBOTOMIX crew, Birmingham’s underground, independent Hip Hop collective. In 2010 Shaheed & Supreme released their follow-up, “The Scholar Warrior Remix Album.” Their music represents the four elements of Hip Hop and pushes a positive message of social consciousness. Shaheed & Supreme bring Hip Hop that comes from the roots, where it all began, and they bring it hard, with cutting, sharp-minded, socially conscious lyricism, thumping beats, deep cuts on the samples, and tight, soulful production. This is Hip Hop for Hip Hop heads, music lovers and production fans alike. Check out the videos.
